The Quarter, Measured. Opens 30 November.
At the end of the quarter this stage holds one document: what the hundred days proved, the numbers against the targets set on day 30, and a recommendation for December and January.
Four Questions It Will Answer
Did we keep the three commitments?
Twenty founding members, an opening inside DFC, trials converted personally.
Where are we against break-even?
Paying members against 40, and against the 45–50 survival line.
Which channels actually worked?
Actual sources against the ranges modelled in the research dossier.
What happens in December and January?
Options, a recommendation, and what each would cost.
Past Break-Even In Ten Weeks. Now Make It Hold.
The growth engine did its job: the studio crossed break-even in week ten and closed the quarter at 52 paying members. The sales engine still runs on goodwill. December is about keeping who we won.
Illustrative numbers, to show the format. The real report is written from the scoreboard on 30 November.
Two Kept Clean. One Kept, Barely.
Measured against what the execution plan said the quarter had to prove.
Paying Members, Week By Week
Break-even was crossed in week ten. The survival line was reached in the last fortnight, inside the DFC window.
The Model Against What Happened
Shaded bars are the ranges modelled in the research dossier in August. The dot is what happened.
Paid came in under range because it ran for one month, not three. Every other channel landed inside its modelled range. 168 of 200 is the honest number; the gap is paid and referral.

What Worked, And What Did Not
- Chris on camera. Founder-led reels outperformed every produced asset.
- A finish line. The DFC cohort converted because it ended.
- Capping the room. "Eight per class" sold better than any discount.
- Follow-up speed. Evening leads waited until morning; conversion dropped in November.
- Outdoor experiments. Dubai in October is still too hot for Saturday rides.
- Partners without a hook. Offers worked only where the partner's staff trained here.
Three Options, One Recommendation
December is when Dubai empties. January is the second wave. The question is how much engine to keep running between them.
